This policy applies to nexamindpro.com and the NexaMind AI Assistants platform.
Information we collect
Account details you provide when you create a NexaMind account (name, email address, and sign-in provider identity), the conversations you have with NexaMind assistants, and basic technical information such as device type and usage activity.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, to operate the AI assistants you choose, to keep your conversation history available to you, to provide support, and to improve reliability and performance of the platform.
AI processing
Messages you send to an assistant are processed by third-party AI model providers solely to generate a response to you. NexaMind does not sell your conversations, and assistants only receive the content required to answer your request.
Sign-in providers
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only the basic profile information required to identify your account (such as your email address and name). We never receive your provider password.
Data retention and deletion
Your account and conversation history remain available until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated conversation history.
Security
Access to your data is restricted by authentication and per-account database security rules. Service credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
Your choices
You can review or delete individual conversations at any time from your account, and you may request a copy or deletion of your data.
