These terms apply to nexamindpro.com and the NexaMind AI Assistants platform.
Using NexaMind
NexaMind provides access to a collection of specialized AI assistants. You must create an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the assistants to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to access other accounts, or to overload or interfere with the service.
AI-generated content
Assistant responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review any output before relying on it, especially for policy, legal, financial, medical, or pastoral decisions.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant NexaMind permission to process it in order to operate the service and return responses to you.
Subscriptions and access
Placeholder: pricing, billing terms, renewal, and refund policy have not been finalized and must be added before paid plans launch.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, or remove assistants and features. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
You may stop using NexaMind at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
